Lovely, authentic rooms. Friendly and helpful owner. Great location near the old square. Clean and comfortable with good showers. Beautiful architecture and views. Reasonable prices. Easy access to surrounding areas.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Spent a wonderful Christmas at a charming hotel with a beautiful courtyard and great views of the snow-capped mountains. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local activities and arranging tickets at a good price. the location was key, with convenient access to nearby villages and the spectacular Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. We loved the traditional Chinese wood carving architecture and the peaceful ambience. the cozy room had ornate window frames, comfortable western-style toilet, and reliable hot water. We also enjoyed renting bikes from the hotel and exploring the surrounding area.
That the room was a bit chilly and the heater was minimally effective, making for a few cold nights. the carpet in the room felt a bit gritty and could have used a vacuum.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a small village outside Lijiang, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the hotel provided excellent value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and the private bathrooms were always spotless. Additionally, the location of the hotel in this very quiet village was absolutely perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway.
All was great.

Enjoyed stunning scenery and proximity to charming local village. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us plan local excursions. We also appreciated the festive decorations throughout the property.
Our New Year's Eve celebration was a disappointment. The hotel advertised a special dinner and party, but the food was mediocre at best and the atmosphere lacked energy.
